Louise Fourie is the Founder and Principal of Africa Estate, an independent real estate agency established in 2003. With a real estate career spanning nearly three decades, she is widely recognised as one of South Africa's most experienced agricultural property specialists. Known by many as the "Queen of Farms", Louise specialises in farm sales, agricultural property valuations, irrigation farms, game farms, livestock farms, mixed farming operations, development land, subdivision opportunities, and rezoning projects throughout the Free State, Northern Cape, Gauteng, and surrounding agricultural regions. Since entering the real estate industry in 1996 and passing the Estate Agency Affairs Board examination in 2000, Louise has assisted farmers, investors, developers, and landowners with complex agricultural property transactions. Her qualifications include the National Certificate in Real Estate (NQF Level 5), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Transnational Referral Certification (TRC), Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRBM), and various advanced real estate and management programmes. Today, Louise continues to advise buyers and sellers across South Africa, combining decades of practical agricultural property experience with professional real estate expertise.
