This 184-ha farm is situated on the Abrahams kraal road in Bainsvlei.

LAND:

• 138ha arable land and
• 30 ha natural grazing and
• 12 ha planted grazing

4 ha on which house and buildings are situated.

Delivery of maize on the arable land delivers between 3 - 5 ton per ha

sunflower delivers 1.8 ton per ha

BOREHOLES

There are 7 boreholes 3 equipped with submersible pumps and 1 with windmill.

• 3 x boreholes in the field
• 1 windmill - (not working)

RAINFALL
