Watervoorsiening bestaan uit 75 hektar geregistreerde waterregte uit die Vaalharts besproeiing skema, ‘n 9 toring Agrico spilpunt, 1 toegeruste boorgat en ‘n 42 uur sement oornagdam.

Daar is 2 woonhuise waarvan die eerste bestaan uit 4 slaapkamers, 1 badkamer, sitkamer, eetkamer en oopplan kombuis. Die tweede woonhuis bestaan uit 3 slaapkamers, 1 badkamers, 2 studeerkamers, eetkamer, oopplan leefarea, toegeboude stoep, kombuis met opwas 1 motorhuis en motorafdak.
