111 Ha Waterrights with 70 Ha Lucerne and 90 Ha Pivot Infrastructure.

A large stock farm with 90 hectares pivot irrigation infrastructure of which 70 ha are under lucerne, with 111 ha water rights in total. The farm has 6 grazing camps, all of which have stock proof fences. The grazing is of a good mixed natural grazing nature. Electricity is supplied by 2 x Eskom points.
