KAALSPRUIT GRAZING AND IRRIGATION FARM

This 256 Ha grazing and irrigation farm with 34 ha registered water rights. The farm has a 3 tower Stettyn movable pivot of 15 ha with 2 circles as well as wheel moves. The farm has lots of big trees and Kaalspruit is running 3-4 km through the farm.

There are 12 boreholes for which 1 is equipped with a windmill and 11 with submersible pumps with 2 Cement dams.

There are 6 Grazing camps and all camps are provided with water. The fences are in good condition.

Lucerne was established in 2012, as well as 4 ha lucerne. There are also 3 arable camps with red soil.

The improvements includes a 4 bedroom house with bathroom, lounge, dining room, family room, office and kitchen with pantry. Close to the main house is also a 2 bedroom flat with open living areas.

The outside buildings exists of 1 steel shed, a 20 x 12 meter cooler room which can also freeze and 2 workers houses.
